No. The TacMed™ Carrier is the holder only. We recommend pairing it with a TCCC-approved tourniquet from your preferred supplier.
How does the TIME marker window work?
The clear window on the front of the carrier allows you to write the tourniquet application time with a marker — a critical step in TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) protocol — without removing the TQ from the carrier during training or staging.
