How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Our Team
    Email support@militaryoverstock.com with your order number and reason for return. For defective items, include a photo or video.
  2. Get Your Return Authorization
    We’ll confirm eligibility and provide a return shipping address within 24 hours.
  3. Ship It Back
    Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address. Keep your tracking number.
  4. Get Your Refund
    Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

What is your return window?
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. We cannot process returns after this period has been exceeded.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — but you can initiate a return once it arrives.
What if my item is defective or damaged?
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us with a photo or video of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no runaround.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If the item was defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we’ll cover return shipping.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
What items are not eligible for return?
Items that have been used, worn, washed, or are missing original packaging and tags are not eligible for return. Clearance and final-sale items are also non-returnable.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If you need a different size or color, contact us and we’ll arrange an exchange. The original item must be returned in unused condition before the replacement ships.
