A: No. The clips clamp directly onto the edge of the fabric, so you can create a tie-off point anywhere along the tarp.

Q: How do I attach and remove them?
A: Slide the jaw over the fabric edge and twist the thumb knob to tighten. Twist the other way to loosen and release. No tools required.

Q: Will they work on thin or thick material?
A: Yes. The adjustable knob lets you set the clamping pressure for thin tarps, canopy fabric, shade cloth, and heavier covers up to the jaw opening of about 0.6 in.

Q: What can I tie to the eyelet?
A: Paracord, guy lines, rope, or ball bungees. Run the line through the eyelet and secure it to a stake, tree, pole, or vehicle.
