Return & Refund Policy

Our return window is 30 days from delivery. We stand behind every product. If you're not satisfied, return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked.

Return shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong product.

Cancellations: Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of placement and before the order is processed. Free or promotional items are non-refundable once shipped.

Damaged or defective items: Contact us with photos or video. Eligible cases are replaced or refunded.

Shipping delays: Carrier delays, customs, weather, and similar factors outside our control are not valid reasons for a refund once an order has shipped. Use your tracking number with the carrier for delivery questions.

Refused delivery: If you refuse delivery, shipping costs and any import or duty fees related to the automatic return may be charged to you and deducted from your refund.

Address errors: Returns caused by an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout are eligible for reshipment, and the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will email you to confirm receipt. Your full refund will be credited to your original payment method, typically within 2–3 business days after receipt. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

If you believe a refund is missing, check your bank or card statement, then contact your card issuer or bank. If you still need help, email support@militaryoverstock.com.

Exchanges

We replace items that are defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, email support@militaryoverstock.com and ship the item to the return address below.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the return. Otherwise, refunds go to the original purchaser.

Include your name and order number or RMA with the package. For returns over $75, consider trackable shipping or insurance—we cannot guarantee receipt of packages we did not confirm.
