Real Shooter Feedback

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“I almost blew up my rifle. Had .300 Blackout in a 5.56 upper by mistake. Bought these bands the next day. Now I mark every mag—zero confusion. A must-have if you run both calibers.” — Kyle S., Verified Buyer

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“Makes reloads faster and cleaner. I use tan for 5.56 and black for .300. Easy to spot, even in low light. Great product.”
— Marcus J., Range Instructor

FAQs

What are Magazine Marking Bands™?
Magazine Marking Bands™ are color-coded silicone ID bands that wrap around your magazines to help you instantly identify the caliber—such as 5.56 or .300 Blackout. They help you avoid mix-ups and make your loadout faster and more organized.

Which calibers do they fit?
These bands are sized to fit most AR-style rifle magazines, including mags for 5.56 NATO, .223, .300 Blackout, 7.62x39, and more. They stretch snugly over standard PMAGs, GI mags, and PCC mags without slipping.

What are they made of?
Each band is made from stretch-resistant tactical-grade silicone. They're weatherproof and reusable.

Do you offer returns if I'm not satisfied?
Yes. Every order is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. See our Return Policy for details.

Why do .300 Blackout mags need to be marked?
A .300 Blackout round uses a case based on the .223 Remington, so it fits the same AR magazines and can chamber in a 5.56/.223 rifle. SAAMI lists .300 AAC Blackout fired in a .223 Remington/5.56 chamber on its Dangerous Cartridge Combinations list, and ammo and firearm makers warn against it. A colored, caliber-marked band lets you tell your .300 BLK mags apart from your 5.56 mags at a glance.

How do I mark subsonic vs. supersonic loads?
Use a .300 Subsonic band on mags loaded with subsonic ammo and a regular .300 band on mags with supersonic ammo. Each comes in several colors, so you can give each load its own color and stick to it.

Do they fit PMAG and GI mags?
They're sized for standard AR-15 magazines and stretch snugly over PMAGs and GI-style mags. They also fit 7.62x39 and PCC mags.

What's in the pack?
Each pack has 6 color-coded, caliber-marked bands. Choose your caliber and color: 5.56, .223 Remington, .300 Blackout, .300 Subsonic, 7.62x39, 6.5 Creedmoor, 6.5 Grendel, .350 Legend, .458 SOCOM, .22LR, .308 Winchester, .224 Valkyrie, 50 Beowulf, or 9mm.
